How to log-in to the New BrandNet 
for markets, dealers and their agencies

Please enter www.volkswagen-marketing.com/xy (country code, e.g. „it“ for Italy) and you will be redirected to your local log-in page.

If your country does not appear in the list below, please use this link: Group Retail Portal 5 (GRP 5)

If you don‘t have an account yet, please click on „Register“. Register as a New User and submit your details.

Please click on the link in the verification email to complete your registration.

Please check your spam folder in case you cannot find the email.

After the initial registration, you need to request a working context (the organization you work for). The local GRP administrator will receive your request and has to approve or decline it.

Agencies have to request the working context “Third Party Organization”.

After the initial registration you need to request a working context.

A context is the organization you work for. Click on the link „Request context“ to request a working context from your administrator.

Please request a working context (Importer/Dealer)        

Choose market (Country Code) and insert the KVPS partner and brand key to search for the importer or dealership you are working for.

Your local GRP administrator has to assign a role for you within Group Retail Portal. Any role qualifies for access.

Please remember these important steps:
Do not forget to request a working context by entering your BID/ Partnerkey:

• For importers the BID is your importer number (= 3 characters).
• For Dealers the Partnerkey is your dealer number (= 5 characters)
• BID: Importer key (3 characters)
• Partnerkey: Dealer key (5 characters)
• Please request a working context (Third Party Organization, e.g. Agency)
  
• The whole sale admin has to create the Third Party Organization and assign a Managing Director/local admin for the Third Party Organization beforehand.
• Third parties (e.g. agencies) request the working context „Third Party Organization“ via the local Group Retail Portal.
  
• Please enter the D-U-N-S number the wholesale admin chose for your company.
• The Managing Director/local admin can add users to the Third Party Organization.
  

Your local administrator has to assign a role for you (all roles are listed on page 10, any role qualifies for access).

Please be aware that the New BrandNet cannot be accessed without having a confirmed working context and a role given by your local admin after 1st of June, 2018.

Third parties (e.g. agencies) register as „Third parties“ via your local Group Retail Portal and need a D-U-N-S number (9 characters). If you don‘t know your D-U-N-S number, please check on http://www.dnb.com/duns-number.html
