How to log in to the New BrandNet
for markets, dealers and their agencies in Switzerland and countries not in the list

Please enter www.volkswagen-marketing.com/ch and you will be redirected to the Swiss Group Retail Portal log-in page. Please register.

Please register as a New User for Group Retail Portal and submit your details

• Please click on the link in the verification email to complete your registration.
  
• Please check your spam folder in case you cannot find the email.
• After the initial registration, you need to request a working context (s. next slide).
• You are a “Third Party Organization”
• Your BID is ADMIN (long version: CHE–ADMIN–V), please add the correct D-U-N-S number.

Please finish your Group Retail Portal registration as a „Third Party Organization“, BID „ADMIN“ and select your correct D-U-N-S number.

Please choose your correct D-U-N-S number.
If you cannot find your country, please contact support.

If you have have issues after completing please double check the following important steps:

Please register as „Third Party“ on www.volkswagen-marketing-database.com/ch

• Do not forget to enter your D-U-N-S number (see here)
• Do not forget to request the working context

  BID/Partnerkey: ADMIN
  Brand: Volkswagen
• Ask your local admin to assign you the role „DAM user“.
  Please be aware that the Marketing Database cannot be accessed without having a confirmed working context and a role given by your local admin after 1st of June, 2018.

You will be automatically redirected to the Group Retail Portal entry page, please enter your new credentials.
